Race for the Cure starts 8:30am
Our goal for the 2012 Race for the Cure is 8,000 participants and $450,000 in donations.

REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN FOR THE 2012 RACE FOR THE CURE!

Registration Types and Prices-
Individual (11 years of age +): $35.00 pre-registered, $40.00 at Expo and/or Race Day
Team Member (Teams consist of 10+ people, must register by October 1, 2012 at 4:00pm): $30.00 pre-registered only
Kids for the Cure (Children 10 and under): $10.00
Sleep-in for the Cure (not participating on Race Day, mailed a pillowcase): $35.00
VIP (FREE Parking permit and name along Race course): $100.00, must register on or before October 1st to guarantee parking pass
*Register before June 1, 2012 and receive $5.00 off adult registrations by using discount code "PINK2012"
Pre-Race Expo
This year's Expo will take place at the Hilton Garden Inn at Town Center in Virginia Beach (252 Town Center Drive, Viriginia Beach, VA 23462) on Thursday, October 11th and Friday, October 12th (Times TBD) Participants will have the opportunity to meet and greet with sponsors, pick up their t-shirts, turn in donation monies, and have family members register for Race. Afterwards, check out the many opportunities for dining and entertainment right in the heart of Virginia Beach.
Individuals will have to pick up their own packets, however, this year, team captains will have the opportunity to pick up their entire team's packets. Team Captains please coordinate with your team members.
NEW FOR 2012!
We are introducing our new Fundraising Reward Program where you can earn some great prizes when you raise funds for Komen Tidewater. Check out the prizes at each level and start fundraising to enjoy a great reward! If you've never tried it before- don't hesitate- it's easy! Rewards start at the $250.00 level and get better the more you raise. Rewards include items such as Komen Race for the Cure merchandise, Cuisinart kitchen appliances, Apple® products, Dyson® vaccuums, even a Coby® LCD TV!
